Designed by renowned local artist Pradeep Naik, the Beach House features thoughtfully crafted interiors, a breakfast and dining hall, garden and pool, open verandahs, and a rooftop lounge with a bar and spectacular sea views. The Artist Beach House, a newly re-designed dependence of Artist Cottages Morjim is a stylish Sea facing Boutique House concept right on the quiet part of Morjim Beach overlooking the dunes and the Arabian sea. There is an undisturbed seaview from all rooms and facilities of the exclusive villa, just 200 meter walking distance on a local sandy footpath.

The Beach House is a luxurious and family friendly retreat that seamlessly blend homely comfort and artistic grandiose, where defined style meets simplicity and the elegance of art. It is designed to provide the perfect blend of warmth, connections and state-of–the-art hospitality.

Our 7 spacious and stylish double rooms and 1 junior suite all with undisturbed pool / garden and seaview, designed by renowned local artist Pradeep offering a tasteful interior and all necessary amenities. The Boutique House is a masterpiece in its own right. It boasts a natural expanse with a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea.

You can hire the rooms individually or rent the whole house as a family or a bunch of friends. It's great for long stay as it is very homely with a great big lounge upstairs and dining room downstairs so plenty common areas if you come in a group.The rooms are spacious, the beds super comfy. Nice pool and garden. Close to cool beach restaurants - Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back

While feeling quiet and secluded it is only a short walk to the beach and minutes from the bizz of Morjim town. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff could not be more helpful and always greet you with a smile. The breakfasts are prepared to order and are top quality. In addition to all that there is a swimming pool! The perfect place to sit in the sun or shade and relax. The views from the top deck lounge are stunning - especially at sunset. The only complaint I have is that I had to leave…… there is always next year!

I stayed in the top-floor deluxe room and immediately forgot all life responsibilities. The abstract art on the walls, stone flooring, and constant beach soundtrack make you question why you ever stay anywhere else. Turtle Beach is a 2-minute walk, the pool is perfect for doing absolutely nothing (and to just keep swimming), and the place still feels like a well-kept secret. Big shoutout to Valenie for being warm, helpful, and making the stay even better. I’d 100% come back… and will mildly judge anyone who books my room before I do, because part of me wants to keep this place just for myself.
